The room we had was tired, needs a paint and a spruce up. Bathroom not cleaned well. Black mold in the bathroom. Dirty and water stained walls with cracked and flaking paint. Bed was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and the food is great.

The room was spacious, modern and very clean. the only negatives were it was awkward to carry luggage up the many stairs (but the Receptionist helped) and the cups in the room were tiny expresso ones and I drink tea. The bed was comfortable which is very important. The location is excellent and you don't need to leave the building to eat your meals.Great base for exploring the township.

Only downfall- we didn't have a Do Not Disturb door sign, so we were awkwardly surprised at 9am on Sunday morning when the cleaner was accessing the room.... oops!

Very disappointed overall. Bathroom was filthy, spoke to management and was told it would be cleaned and wasn’t. Had to shower with thongs on and could not walk barefoot on bathroom floor it was so dirty. Was told management I spoke to would be in touch later and no contact at all. Bed was two singles pushed together which was not the most comfortable. Disappointing considering what we paid.

The property is fairly run down for the price, and typical of what you’d expect from a 3 star hotel. The bathroom was nice, but the bed was old and terribly soft and uncomfortable. We both had a pretty rough nights sleep due to the bed and noise from other guests. The location of the hotel is the biggest bonus, placed at the top of the Main Street with everything within walking distance. We had a nice time, but we wouldn’t stay again as the hotel is in need of a lot of work and isn’t very clean.
