The room size was good for the fairway view room. The beds were comfortable but I found the pillows uncomfortable. The amenities were a bit scarce for 4 people and the balcony appeared to be great but unfortunately it had stains on the door and the outside area hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The playground was great and the pool was good except for the families that brought a large number of guests in, so we couldn’t use the pool on the hottest of days. The movies being put on for the children were great but it would have been nice if they had been put on an earlier time for children. Meal wise, we enjoyed the breakfast and the dinners at the bar on level 1. It was a bit annoying that we had to pay for a full priced adult burger for our children as there was no children’s option. When we asked at reception if they had a children’s menu they told us that the bar there did, but sadly it did not until two days later. The facilities outside weren’t available after 5pm and had to go through the golf shop which we were unaware of. The communication could have been better overall and the staff member at reception was particularly rude on check out. It didn’t have the same feel as other racv resorts unfortunately.

Very happy to have a person checking both check in for Covid and immunisation status. Disappointed that there was no room service. Understand why with Covid this is the case, but suggest you change the website to reflect this. Very friendly staff
