Beautiful room, convenient location, very well serviced amenities-wise, lovely surroundings. Nothing I didn’t like, would certainly recommend and come again
We loved our stay at the Manse. We enjoyed the Zebra room and it's facilities. The in room bath was a winner. The real fireplace was just fantastic, we loved firing it up on the cold evenings. Bed was super cosy and comfy. Couldn't find any cobwebs or dust. The views from the balcony are simply stunning, overlooking the town. We'll be back.
Beautiful old mansion which presents wonderfully
All very clean and old worldly with great use of wood and old style fittings
Helen was great to chat with and she gave us a bit of a history lesson associated with the 1907 mansion
With attention paid to lots of wonderful extra details, this is a special place to stay. Great value, great location. Helen really cares about her guests. Super!

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
Overall the place was good. What I was disappointed with was the bathroom - lack of space and light. Also the room only has a bath - for a romantic getaway this would be great but not on a hot day where you just want a shower to cool off.
The property could do with some general maintenance - the deck as you enter looks like it will collapse soon, the gardens look unloved and the rooms could do with a top to bottom clean (lots of cobwebs). Also there was a button missing in the toilet.
The Manse provided us with an ideal stay. Located close to all Daylesford’s attractions, it was a bespoke experience. The historic building has a distinctive character and the room was clean and contained the necessary amenities. Helen made sure the booking was smooth and untroubled and we were welcomed with the added touches of wine and chocolate.
