Lovely staff! A bit outdated building but very nicely renovated. The rooms are not very sound isolated, as you can hear what's happening in the room above and next door to you!

Lovely renovated old hotel. Unfortunately in our room's bathroom it was impossible to have a shower due to lack of any water pressure. Had to use the public shower next to the pool downstairs. Management was indifferent.

Beautiful grounds and unique decor. Clean. Lovely staff. Does need some maintenance around spa area. Family loft second room has a skylight only without shutter so room was not dark for sleeping and morning sun woke us early. Wouldn’t be hard to put a remote blind or shutter in.

Although the property was renovated in 2020 there are already a few maintenance issues that need attention. The lobby bar was never open during our stay, the only option available in the evening was The Virgin Restaurant downstairs.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Only down fall was a constant dripping tap and spa was cold. Restaurant was a bit pricey. The grounds were lovely. I am deaf in one ear and could hear the people in the next room, but thats not the hotels fault. Overall great place
