"I booked this hotel last minute and was able to check in early (thank goodness!). The front desk personnel was very friendly. "Good position & location - have stayed before but on higher levels not in ground floor Our only slight disappointment - no coffee available from coffee cart in morn (after checking what time u could get a cuppa - 7am!!!) because somebody forgot to Have it turned on !!!!!! "Good location and good overall but a bit more attention to detail with room cleaning wouldn't go astray, particularly the hands prints and marks all over the bedroom window.
