Find the best Town of New Scotland Hotels

"It was nice being at the end of hall, close to parking lot. But two things made it a bit uncomfortable: 1. Ice machine was close to room, but was out of order. Nit ixed in the 3 days I was there. 2. The exit door going up n down the stairs need their sliding stops adjusted (they don't work). People wrre coming in and out at all hours - door was CONSTANTLY SLAMMING and shaking my room (#201). Woke me up at least 6-8 times. :-( Not a good experience with comfort. Amanda and staff were very considerate and helpful. :-)"

"When I arrived… the reception staff let me that a computer glitch was preventing guests from checking in. It was just past 3PM, and the line of arrivals was getting longer. The receptionist had no clue how long the computer issues would last. I decided to go to a fast food late lunch… when I returned to the hotel the problem had not been resolved. I was told to gather my luggage and meet a member of the staff at my room… and they would let me in… without a key… I was unable to leave the room… About an hour after I entered my room… the receptionist was knocking at my door with the key and a voucher for a free breakfast… The restaurant served up very good omelette the next morning… I ate 2 other meals there and enjoyed them very much… The shuttle service to the airport is 24 hours… and came in handy at 3:30 AM… I had a memorable stay… and recommend this property! "
