The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly upon arrival. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes with a toddler before someone decided I was good enough to be taken care of. There were two employees there bluntly ignoring me. The pool area was well kept though.

The TV did not have an HDMI port, so my son could not play his games while he waited for me. The breakfast was $22 and was NOT CLOSE to worth it. The bathroom was super cramped with no shelving or stools or hooks for clothing. Other than that, the pool was amazing (don't forget the goggles).

Got here a little bit late in the night came and went to bed woke up in the morning to realize how dirty the room was there’s a drink and water bottle on the counter dirty washcloth in the floor shower and a half open catchup packet stuck on the back of the door Did not notice until I woke up in the morning pretty much came in the place at night time walked in turn the TV on brush my teeth woke up in the morning to find all that which makes me think that nobody cleaned the room prior

Heat was broken and blasting at 90, maintenance couldn’t fix it. The solution was to turn the heat off and room temperature dropped to 50. Could not stay in the room in either environment and hotel could not provide a different room or a refund.

Less than I expected. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. The provided hair dryer didn’t work. The fan cover in the shower fell during my husband’s shower. The rooms were clean but the refrigerator was very small and there was no microwave. Very dated. Since the rates are higher than many other places, I expected more. Wouldn’t stay again.
