"Jacob, the reception manager at The Birches went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue with a double booking issue I had with Expedia and secure my refund. Expedia still has an old account of mine from twenty years ago listing a yahoo email I no longer use. You cannot get a human being to help in real time at Expedia. I have tried for years to get Expedia to use only my new account and associated email to no avail. I had only one booking showing on my Expedia app until check in time when ai called Jacob directly at The Birches. THANK YOU JACOB ! "
