From the moment valet came to my window, I was treated like a VIP. Room was great, everything looked new and clean. Could easily walk everywhere. Out of 5 stars, I give this place a 6. May seem pricey, but I guarantee you get your money's worth and more

We enjoyed our stay at Club Quarters. Getting there was tricky - there is LOTS of traffic and lots of one-way streets surrounding the hotel, and the only parking garage is around the corner. It took us a 2nd lap around before we found it, and parking there is EXPENSIVE. We were pleased to find out they'd validate our ticket and we'd save 35% off the rates. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and as soon as we walked in, we noticed lots of people hanging in the lobby, some working, some playing cards, some watching TV, some getting a complimentary coffee. There's a romantic steak restaurant in the hotel, which I would have loved to go to, but we didn't have time as we were downtown for an office holiday party. The rooms themselves were small but well-kept and comfortable (we slept very well!). They're also reasonably quiet. We could crack our window and the city noise was much louder with the windows open. Bathroom was tiny but it worked. Not the fanciest or most modern hotel I've been to in Philadelphia, but it was reasonably priced, convenient and comfortable. Try the cappuccinos, they're good!

Nice hotel with quick walking access to Point State Park, Market Square, The Andy Warhol Museum, etc.
We arrived around 8 PM on Thanksgiving night and there was only one person at the front desk so check-in took a bit longer than should have. There were more people at the front desk in the AM and on Friday in general.
The room was nice, well appointed but the bed could have been a bit better. Since we arrived so late on a busy holiday, we opted for dinner at the Three Rivers Restaurant within the hotel. The restaurant was short staffed (probably because of the holiday) and very pricey for food that was only mediocre quality (I think the pasta we ordered had been cooked too far in advance). Again, a holiday, so took this in stride
Valet parking was $30/night (there was a garage somewhere close but not knowing Pittsburgh, we opted for the Valet). Attendant left our car unlocked as we happened to have just come back from Point State Park and checked the car on a whim. I would recommend driving the extra block or two and parking in the garage (though you do pay in/out charges at the garage).
Overall, again, nice hotel; think our checking in/dining Thanksgiving night was not optimum (and wouldn't have been at many other places as well) but would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time at the Omni William penn and we will certainly return. Enough cannot be said about the quality of their staff and facilities. Absolutely everyone we met went out of their way to ensure that our needs were met and that we were enjoying their great city and facility. Friendly, welcoming, accomodating, knowledgeable. Every single one!!! Amazing really!

Front desk staff very nice and helpful with directions and recommendations. The hotel bar/restaurant leaves you wishing there were more options for food as it was overly crowded with long wait times and a staff that isn't very accommodating. Great location if you plan to attend hockey game.

We had a good quick stay at Great Wolf. We were able to pre-check in and we were able to gain access the water park and the other hotel amenities. Once the room was ready they texted our room number, the room was spacious and clean. The water park was large and the life guards were attentive. The only thing I did not enjoy as much was the food in the restaurant located by the lobby but overall we enjoyed our stay and will return again.

The hotel was good, activities were really fun. The cottage we had looked great, very cozy. We enjoyed our time and experince there. Some of the staff were good and fun. Some other of them weren't good. The bath tub was stained, the telephone in the cottage didn't work. We were told it could be looked at but that probably won't help fix it. The activities tho fun were a little pricey. Even tho we still had a good time and good experience.
