"The hotel definitely shows its age. Carpet is frayed, wall paper is loose, breakfast room furniture is not well cared for. Although we had no functional issues checking in or out, the desk staff we encountered did not present a professional appearance."

"For an easy inexpensive stay in the heart of Hershey, this was just right. Easy walk to restaurants and the Hershey Theatre with quick access to the bigger attractions made the trip easy and comfortable. Breakfast had the usual Days Inn offerings, including the waffle station, which was clearly a hit with the kids."

"My overall stay was acceptable, but it did not meet the level of quality I expected based on experiences at other hotels in this category. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was satisfactory. However, some of the fruit, particularly the apples, appeared old and unappealing. The most significant concern was the condition of the property. The second floor appeared to be undergoing repairs, but the hallways and even the guest room had a noticeable musty odor. In addition, the bathroom ceiling had peeling paint, which gave the room a worn and poorly maintained appearance. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were quite firm, and there was no extra sheet available in the room. While the hotel fulfilled its basic purpose and the location is very convenient, the overall condition of the facilities did not reflect the quality I expected. This property has great potential, and with improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, room presentation, and attention to detail, it could offer a much more attractive and memorable experience for guests. I encourage management to invest in these areas, as the location is a strong advantage and the hotel could become a much more competitive and appealing choice for travelers."

"I was greeted nicely at check in, my room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was useful, breakfast was basic but adequate and the lady taking care of it was pleasant. Overall it was good and I will stay there when in the area in the future."

"I called the hotel to inquire about a reservation because a family member was being admitted to Hershey Medical Center. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. During my initial phone call, the front desk employee appeared unable to understand me and ultimately disconnected the call rather than attempting to assist. Throughout our stay, communication was extremely difficult. None of the staff members we interacted with spoke enough English to effectively communicate, and we frequently had to rely on Google Translate just to request basic items such as extra towels. At one point, obtaining assistance became so difficult that we ended up taking a roll of toilet paper from the lobby restroom because we were unable to get the supplies we needed through staff. The condition of the room was also unacceptable. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, similar to dirty feet, upon arrival. It appeared very worn and poorly maintained. Most concerning was the cleanliness. There were multiple hairs throughout the room, including what appeared to be pubic hair on both the floor and around the sink area. Given the poor communication, lack of customer service, cleanliness concerns, and overall condition of the property, I was very dissatisfied with my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others, especially those traveling during an already stressful situation involving a hospitalized family member."

"The place was clean enough and spacious. Sign in process was easy. People live here long term and are very loud even during quiet hours. An alarm in our room went off and woke up the family at 6am. The first night security was also called for the extremely loud music and yelling and the next night it was the same thing."
