"We actually stayed away for two years because it felt like the upkeep had declined after it used to be our number one spot. When we came back, we were pleasantly surprised by how much had improved. The upgrades are noticeable, and the cleanliness is much better. They’ve also done a great job including younger kids with afternoon activities inside the hotel. We had such a blast with my son, and he especially loved the drawing contest and the dance party. Of course, since it’s a ski-focused resort, the crowd naturally leans toward older kids and outdoor activiies which are so much fun. There is a waterpark inside, but once that closes for the day, there used to be limited options for younger children beyond the arcade, which could get repetitive. That’s why it was so nice to see the added activities this time. They really made a difference and helped make the experience more enjoyable for families with younger kids "

"They only had one elevator out of three working. The hotel itself besides that is ok. Some of the guests let their kids run around the hallways yelling, leaving balloons out side and even the adults use foul language. I won't stay here again because of that."
