"This is a difficult review to write because the property itself had a lot of charm, and the neighborhood was fantastic. But that’s not enough to deal with roaches. My experience was significantly impacted by pest issues. I checked in after 6:00 PM and immediately saw a roach. I contacted management right away by phone and email and provided photos and videos. "The check-in process was annoying because we had to go to another website to upload info & pay a damage waiver. The building itself is well past its prime, smells and a dumpster sits right outside the entrance. We heard angry arguments from the tenants next door. Fixtures & furnishings seemed fairly new. Bed was comfortable and clean."
