I would also love to thank Sandy for storing our bags and giving access to my two kids to swim even we already checked out, we had much time outside to explore but my kids wats to swim as well and Sandy was so very nice and understanding ash she give my kids a time to swim.. very nice staffs! I appreciate it!"

"Close to all attractions, once you arrive you can walk to everything. Fall view side means watching the fireworks from your room. Our room was clean but the bathroom had some wear and tear. I think it was specific to our room and not the property (the granite counter had been repaired and underside of sink was rusted). But it was clean and we would stay again. "

"We loved that everything was right there. The only downside was that Tim Hortons was inside the casino so our children could not come in with us to get anything. "

"The room had its own small balcony with a view of the trees and the bathroom had a heated floor!! The room was very spacious, bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were very welcoming. Wish I had more than one night there! I’ll definitely be staying here again when I stay in Toronto again! "

"Family friendly! The family pool area offers a lot! There's a teens lounge that includes a billiards table and arcade. An activity center for the littles with tons of games and even some furry animal friends. The pool has a corkscrew slide which will make even the adults smile. The adult pool and gym area doesn't allow children. Great market place in the lobby that offers full buffet breakfast. Nice patio setting off the lobby with a fountain and patio games. It was a nice place to sit in the mornings and evenings. The lobby was always busy and our visit happened to occur during Carnival, so the music and crowd was intense. Security was tighter and guests had to wear wristbands to access the building at night. All part of the Toronto hustle and bustle. Lots of construction going on in the area of the hotel added to the noise of the city but what city doesn't have that. "
