The young lady at the front desk was super kind, attentive and helpful with the families of our basketball team. Breakfast was decent - but more attention needed to wobbly tables and outdoor overflowing garbages.

The room was clean and well maintained. The staff was very wonderful and helpful. They were great. The hotel is in a great location, close to anything you might need such as shopping, food, gas, the highway, etc. It didn't feel as if you were right in the middle of the city, it was just enough on the outer limits that it was nice while still be convenient.

The bed was very uncomfortable, coffee in the room was all decaffeinated & I'm a bit hard of hearing so the music in the background was loud & I couldn't understand the staff talking to me. Other than those things above. My stay was good.

Room was as pictured, clean and comfortable. Check in and check out were quick. Parking was decent, lots of tradespeople seemed to be staying here. Amenities were good but mainly fast food within walking distance but lots of nicer restaurants to choose from within a short drive. Unfortunately, we had to check out before having breakfast but seemed to be lots to choose from, both hot and cold. No complaints.

My room was well looked after and the staff were excellent. Room and bed were very comfortable. My only concern was that there is no elevator. But it was only 2 levels so I was ok. I’m sure that someone would help with your bags if you were unable. Lots of free parking.

Friendly staff upon arrival, easy and simple check in process. Room was clean and well prepared ahead of time, AC unit was a bit dated and had some difficulties getting it to work properly. Supplied well with towels and all other amenities. Outside yard maintenance looked to be not well maintained, garbages were overflowing and not emptied. Breakfast was good and had lots of options, very simple and easy breakfast to have at a hotel stay.

The staff here were wonderful. The hot breakfast was good but was so busy there was no place to sit. The rooms are not soundproof at all at least ours wasn’t (205). The first night I listened to a screaming match between a couple for about 45 minutes at 10:30pm. The second night at 10 pm there was loud banging for like 3 minutes and it stopped and then it woke me up a couple hours later again but only lasted a few minutes again. Other than the not great sleeps the room was clean and comfy and staff were great. Oh and no elevator at this place so if you can’t do stairs make sure you are on main level. Parking was good.

Disappointing to see how many cigarette butts scatter the area. This is more of a disappointment towards the smokers but maintenance should clean that up and make the smokers will follow suit and use the butt containers. The outdoor patio area was a pleasant surprise. We enjoyed sitting out there. Went for a concert and happy to see most of the other guests were also attending. The property can definitely use a good deep cleaning. The ice machine was grimy and i definitely wouldn't have trusted to not catch something from it! After seeing the shape of that we decided to skip the breakfast.
