    "I have never been in a hotel where the staff were so responsive. Every single request was dealt with quickly, efficiently and politely. Didn't get enough coffee to deal with 3 AM jetlag? More coffee was at the door instantly. Air conditioning preprogrammed by a previous guest so I couldn't lower the temperature? Technician at the door in a flash. Etc. I will definitely choose to stay at Holiday Inn Downtown Toronto again. Good for you guys for really understanding what customer service means!"
