"The building is perfect for a conference. Parking in the garage directly across the street. The staff were very professional and friendly. I had an issue with part of the bill and they fixed it. They listened. Very meaningful! The gym, pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all awesome! The elevators made me feel more safe. "We stayed here while attending a graduation in the area. The location was good for us and the hotel was fine. We noticed a sign in the room saying it would be serviced "every other day" with towels and bath amenities. We stayed three nights and no one entered our room in that period or offered us any fresh towels. We didn't call housekeeping because we were able to make the supplies last however. "
