The pool, hot tub and vending machines were all out of order. In our bathroom, no conditioner or soap in the dispensers. Then when we checked out, we had a charge on our hold credit card for $22.81 for “incidentals”. The same guy who checked us in last night was cleaning rooms on our floor when we were to check out. Bad experience all around "
