"Had to wait till 6pm to check into a room with only 1 bed when I reserved a room with 2 beds. No smoke detector, no hot water, no soap, plugs didn’t work properly. Blinds barely closed. The room was “clean” as it seemed like it was just finished being half remodeled."

"Very nice hotel and casino. Lots of variety of restaurants in the casino, only thing that disappointed me with the restaurants, they close all restaurants down by 10 pm. Rooms very nice and clean but we had 3 people staying in the room and only 2 coffee pods, we asked for more and they only brought up 2 more pods. All the staff was very nice through out the whole place"
