May I suggest the Goldilocks solution. Since there are 3 pillows - one should be hard, one medium and one soft. All just right for for the traveler "

"Stay was fine overall. The room was clean and the hotel was new. We booked a King and were given a double, talked to front desk and they told us they overbooked and we got downgraded. Other than that it was a fine place to stay. "
