"Fantastic view of Lake Huron from the room balcony. Sunrise and moonrise were breathtaking. Very convenient location, with many dining options nearby. Good breakfast. Clean and large room with good amenities, although two large beds occupied much of the space (one is adequate). A safe in the room would have been valuable. One of the front desk staff was quite rude."

"My niece and I loved the hotel! We were severely disappointed in the Casino part of it. The guard at the entryway of the casino was not very nice when we first arrived, not knowing the rules. We were unable to go to any of the restaurants near the entryway because my niece is 18, at home casinos allow 18 & up. We had to wait until 5 to order food from room service, which caused a wait because everyone ordering at the same time, & caused us to be late for our event. When we went to grab the food we ordered. My niece was waiting across the hall not bothering anyone, reading and the guard kept glaring at her. I was surprised with the fact that there is smoking allowed and unfortunately caused my allergies & asthma to flare badly. "
