"The bathtub was filthy. It was a very slow drain, so it may have been cleaned, but then left the yuckiness right by the drain. There was a hair in the bed. I had to ask for more juice and food for the breakfast. It was only 830. The staff was very slow to refill everything. Weird beer/pee odor in elevator. There was also a “wet floor” sign folded up and a really dirty towel in the corner of the elevator. There was a strong “weed” odor on the 3rd floor, Stayed here twice, wish I learned a lesson the first time😢"

"AC was broken, had to get small fans to help with the heat. Pool towels are put out 1-2 at a time and only put out a couple of times a day. Breakfast was ok 1 of the days, however very inconsistent. Some days, over half of the breakfast items were missing (i.e. milk, orange juice, fruits, cheese for the eggs, yogurt, peanut butter and jellies for toast and more). Room was pretty well clean and staff were amazing!"

"The room was a suite which worked great for us. It was a little older but it was clean. The staff was helpful and cheerful. You can't beat parking for $5.00 a night. Downtown was $35 per night. We'll stay there again the next time we're in San Antonio."

"The indoor pool and hot tub area were nice. Having the evening bites/drinks as well as the morning breakfast included in the room price made this stay a good deal."
