I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional hospitality my family and I received during our recent 5 days 4 nights stay at Hotel Sosei in Sapporo. As frequent travelers, we have had the opportunity to stay at various hotels around the world, but the service and experience we encountered at Hotel Sosei truly stood out. Liked the interior design, layout and art installations. The whole complex felt very spacious and new. We also had a good view from our room, and the residence style facilities and supplies were all we could have expected and a little more. Staff were attentive and friendly, with very good English.

We had a lovely spacious room with a great view over the city. The service in our room was very slightly off, one day they didn't wash the cups for glasses and then the next day they didn't replenish the coffee, but these are only small annoying overall it's a really nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

I liked this hotel - good location but about a 10 minute walk from the station (not realising at first that you can do the whole journey on foot all underground - much easier with suitcases). I did have an Executive room though and I really enjoyed the club lounge.

Room was great, amazing city view, very clean and modern, with TV and fridge with complimentary coffee. Reception very modern, and staff very welcoming with good English once I had exhausted my limited Japanese skills. Very nice public bath to relax in before bed and also good to have the guest lounge in the evening to enjoy a drink / eat snacks from the nearby convenience store. Staff are nice and professional with good English, they are helpful and smile a lot. The room is clean with morden design, the public bath on the top floor is clean and has a great view, the breakfast buffet has many choices: ramen, curry soup, ice cream machine, etc and tasty.

The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. They took note of my request for late checkout and for our room to be on a higher floor. Room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's in a very good location above Susukino station and near a lot of the good restaurants. Downstairs there is a cinema, food court, and restaurants, drugstore, bakery and large supermarket. Highly recommend !

Very nice hotel and so convenient to the station. My only gripe was adjusting the air conditioning and subsequently dehumidifier to make the room comfortable. Room had no opening window so this was important. The controller was one I hadn’t seen before and too some time to figure out with translator app.

We had a lovely one night stay in the Courtyard Hotel. Brand new hotel, with parking (at a cost) in a good location in the city. Breakfast was great, an excellent buffet choice in a lovely restaurant. Service was friendly and professional. Our room was a good size, comfy, clean and modern. Overall a lovely hotel for a short break.

Excellent stay with wonderful onsen

Good location

The Park Hotel in Sapporo is great value these days. The cheaper rooms are a bit tired but if you get a park view room and include breakfast you will have a great stay. The hotel’s Japanese and Chinese restaurants are excellent and the surrounding Nakajimakoen park is beautiful. It’s my favorite place to stay in the fabulous city of Sapporo!

We had a lovely stay here. The hotel is quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The beds were comfortable and room very clean. Staff were lovely. The hotel provides access to tea/coffee and bathroom amenities at the front desk and so you always have everything that you need. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Odori Park and the train station which makes it very convenient. An excellent stay.
