"My stay was very comfortable. The staff was nice and the ammenities are also great. The staff kept my frozen food until the day of my departure which was nice. The lobby looks really presentable and the dinner wasn't bad. Lots of different crabs available as well as ramen, shabu shabu, desserts and a lot more. For the cost of what I paid, it is definitely worth it. The room is a standard room and a bit old but it is clean and well maintained. It was just hot that night but I asked for a fan and they provided one which helped. Overall, a great hotel to stay in. Plus the Limousine Bus to the airport is literally across the hotel so that made it very convenient on my last day in Sapporo."

"Spacious (rare for Japanese hotels if you don’t pay up a huge premium) and clean rooms! Also it was pretty conveniently located where the airport limousine can drop you off and the stations are walking distance! "

"This location was walkable to most places and a few blocks away from the busy tourist areas so you are close to everything but don’t have to feel like you are in the thick of things. Subway station exit is just next door and the mall right beside us has a great bakery."
