We only have one soap for all our needs, and the staff is unresponsive to our requests for towels and other items. If you’re okay with basic and poor customer service, this place might be suitable for you as a temporary accommodation. However, I believe there are better options available. "

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are a bit small, but that’s typical for Paris—and you’re not visiting Paris to spend your time in the room. Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is fantastic, literally steps from the Arc de Triomphe. There are plenty of lively bars and restaurants right around the hotel, and if you walk just five minutes into the surrounding neighborhoods you’ll find excellent bakeries and authentic local restaurants.
