An absolutely gorgeous hotel, with lovely staff. Pool area great for relaxing with view of river. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable and sparklingly clean. Great location as within 5/10 mins walk of the bustling Khao San Road area, with lots of stall, shops, bar and restaurants. Easy to get taxi or tuk tuk to other areas at a very small cost. Great location to stay. Would definitely recommend as the hotel is a luxurious oasis to retreat to after a hard days sightseeing!

Lovely hotel near tube stations making it the perfect stay for our trip to Tokyo. Staff very respectful and helpful, as was everyone on Tokyo! Would stay again

Upgraded to a junior suite which came with lounge access. Well worth it for the room space and level of comfort. All room views were amazing. Not important but the hotel staff need to know how to make a cup of English breakfast tea. Breakfast on the whole was excellent. Rooftop bar a must place to visit as are the two pools. All the staff we encountered could not have bedn more helpful.

Our 2 time there. Busy on the week end but quiet during the week. Warm welcome. Room spacious and clean. Good water flow in the shower. Good and quiet A/C. Delicious à la carte breakfast. cooked by the owner. Room made daily with new towels. Good hard mattress. Very pleasant stay. I would recommend it to anybody. If our travel bring us back to this neck of the wood, I would certainly book again. Many thanks to the owner aunt who was so very pleasant to make our stay memorable and...

Greeted by the super friendly manager(who spoke excellent English) and shown to the spacious room(with a kindly offered gift waiting for me). Sauna room was bliss and a something I didn't expect. Housekeeping was superb and leaving/returning hotel was no hassle at all. Near to Golden Gai and Shinjuku/Shin Okubo stations. 5*; absolutely recommended - mainly due to exceptional customer service.

Loved this hotel so much . Staff exceptional. KoKo on concierge is wonderful and so helpful . He makes your stay extra special . The rooms are beautiful and so clean . The dining room is brilliant and wonderful breakfasts . Definitely would stay here again . Highly recommend .

Lovely clean room, good location and friendly staff. This was our 2nd stay.

Overall, the hotel is really nice. Rooms are spacious and well furnished and the beds are very comfy. No issues during our stay whatsoever and the location is pretty good too. Close to a lot of coffee shops and food places nearby. The only thing I wish the room had is a decent sized mirror in the room whilst getting ready.

We had a lovely room and the staff were really helpful and friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday and we had not said anything but had given all our passports at check in. On our arrival back after a day out there was a lovely cake and a happy birthday note in the room! The food was lovely with the best breakfast! We would recommend this hotel

Excellent location and easy walking distance within the Old Quarter. Staff were amazing, always helpful and friendly. They organised a day trip to the Perfume Pagoda including a first class bus, rowing boat both ways, super Vietnamese lunch and the cable car. Fantastic day out. We were able to check in early at no extra cost on 2 occasions and I fully recommend this hotel 😃
