This Mandarin Oriental hotel is the best hotel in the world that I have ever stayed at. The hotel is pristine, the rooms are impeccable and the hospitality of the staff is exemplary. The most exceptional staff members are Aaron and Kiran, two of the concierges, Waty who works at the breakfast, Hafiz at the front desk, a Ram, the most professional and congenial tour guide that I have ever had in the world. Also noteworthy staff members who exhibit courtesy, friendliness and great helpfulness at all times are, Beyzid and Labin in housekeeping, Audrey Tan in administration, Shiori who welcomed us with flowers and a smile, Subra and Hayee, and Ahmad concierges, Sharom, the Chief Concierge, Adzuan, the Assistant Chief Concierge, Natasha, Mohammad, and Sarah at the front desk, Hisham (a truly exceptional doorman), Ashlam and Kumar, also superb doormen, JJ and Furhan at breakfast, and Shabril the trainer in the gym."

"I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided during our recent stay. Due to an urgent request, I called at night to arrange some decorations for my mum’s 90th birthday. She has been a frequent guest and has celebrated her birthday at this hotel every year, and once again the team made it special. We had a small celeration at the business lounge too. A big thank you to Mr Fikri, who handled my request with great care and efficiency. I would also like to commend Mr. Vasu from the front desk for being extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Thumbs up. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful to be upgraded to a suite room. This hotel has truly become a second home to us, as we have been staying here since 2010, back in the Boulevard Hotel days. Highly recommended — I will definitely encourage my friends to stay here as well."

"Great healthy options for breakfast with a nice room modern clean room. The happy hour has a live violinist playing daily so I recommend checking out the downstairs restaurant. "

My request was taken care of. The hotel service was amazing. Everything is brand new. The hotel is very working hard towards sustainability which is great. Well done. "Loved the room decoration, anmenities and space that came with my room. Bed was cosy and comfortable. Probably not recommended to venture out to the shops near the hotel. The hotel is linked to Bangsar LRT that is one stop away to Sentral or Eco-City/Mid Valley mall. "
