Staff were all good & accommodating, very helpful and prompt in delivering our request. When the sink was blocked, it got fixed quite fast and even the receptionist attended the leak after the plumber did not tighten the pipe properly.

入住時店家表示沒跟hotel.com合作 給了預約號也查不到 打電話給hotel.com詢問才知道居然又轉給第三方的expedia去預定房 所以才完全查不到預約號 原先預定就是連續住3天 沒想到店家表示因為他們的失誤，所以我們必須住一天A房隔兩天在換到B房去住，完全在麻煩旅客，最後還要我們補房價才能連續住同樣的A房 第二天住房房間甚至出現超大隻蟑螂 早上請房務打掃，晚上回房，蟑螂屍體完全還在 衛生紙上又還了另一隻蟑螂 打電話請房務人員來打掃 櫃台人員只拎了一條抹布不情願地將蟑螂抹起 就走了 完全黑人問號

Nice room & hospitality

Our stay was good. The receptionist treat us nicely and give a warm welcome. The room was good and we got an upgrade to a better room with the same price. Overall was good. The suggestion from me is for the hotel to reserve more parking lot for the hotel customer since the area was quite busy and it is hard to find space to park the car. Others thing is that it would be nice if the hotel could give additional room card for easier access if some of family member need to remain in the room.
