"Poorly managed for morning queue for breakfast. There was a huge group and the queue was super long . Should have a separate queue for guests that is not part of the group. So chaotic and I have to miss my breakfast"

"Staff was very nice at front desk. We booked two rooms and they make it interconnecting for us. The room was clean though a little bit old. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. The hotel is connected through a covered indoor pathway to mid valley mall. The Grab pick up and drop off was at the entrance to the mall not the hotel but it is just few steps away. There is also a stand for metered taxi which we took early morning to KL Sentral. There are another St Giles hotel nearby so be careful when you order Grab to put the correct hotel name or address."
ViiA Residences in KL Eco City, Five Senses

"We had a good stay at ViiA Residences with our family. The location was excellent and definitely one of the main advantages. Abdullah Hukum LRT station is nearby, which made travelling around Kuala Lumpur easy, and KL Eco City Mall, The Gardens Mall and Mid Valley Megamall are all within comfortable walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops close by. The outdoor swimming pool on the 40th floor was a lovely feature and a great place to relax after a day out. The gym was fine for our needs, although fairly basic, with the usual cardio equipment and enough for a simple workout. The residence was comfortable and convenient for a family stay, and we really appreciated having so much within walking distance. Being close to the LRT also meant we did not have to rely on Grab or taxis all the time."
