"Staff were very positive and helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was excellent and more than enough. Great choice available. Parking was good, but very tight on the night we were there as there was a wedding going on. But we still found a spot. In spite of how busy it was the staff coped really well and were cheerful to boot."

Only issue was Room was very cold on arrival and blankets should be in rooms as overnight with the thin quilts in the bed we found to be cold during the night.

We stayed for 3 days sunday to wednesday, and were cery pleased with the hotel.
The room(24) was the Superuor suite and was lovely and spacious, very clean and had amazing views of the harbour. Tea coffee and biscuits were topped up daily.
There was a choice of breakfasts hot or cold, we opted for full english!
The car park is great as it is right next to the hotel, and very safe.
The location is fantastic for the naval dockyard and museums, and gunwharf keys.
Keep in mind there is a bus and rail...

We have stayed before on a number of occasions as a great budget hotel. So we have used many times for the odd few nights for work, visiting family and friends. Itโs very clean comfortable ( although you need to check bed size when booking or if you like a bit of space then possibly go for twin room as โsomeโ of their double beds are standard 4โ6 double) and local facilities for shopping and restaurants are excellent. We also used to live and work close by so we know the area well so itโs a great...

We had a lovely one night stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, a large shower room, and a very comfortable bed. We had dinner there and the food was lovely. The breakfast was included and also good - the chef came to take our orders for cooked food, and was very accommodating.
