Lovely hotel. Very clean and the staff was also very helpful and friendly. Good location and convenient as there is an entrance from the hotel directly into city center mall. There is also a tax free planet booth in the hotel which made it very easy and we completed the process there itself so no hassle at the airport. Definitely would go again.

We spent 2 nights here on a stopover to Australia, and enjoyed the experience. From the hotel you can walk across the road to the creek, and catch a river bus down to the souk, and the Dubai museum. The hotel is a good half hour drive from the beach, but you can use the free hotel shuttle to take you there, (only runs once per day) and then use the beach, pool etc.at the Hilton Jumeirah.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights during our return trip from Capetown via Dubai. Our flight was very early and we arrived at the hotel 7AM. Even though the hotel was fully booked we were given the room within an hour. Staff were very polite and friendly and willing to help. Room and bed were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
