This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. I chose this hotel as the location was perfect for what I wanted to explore in and around the Deira district. Some hotels advertise themselves as a 5 star when in fact they are a four star. The Al Bandar Rotana is the top end of a 5 star hotel. The patrons, bar staff, reception, cleaners are all very friendly, very welcoming and helpful. We stayed 10 nights. I must say everything about this hotel was on point. Staff was so friendly and polite. Really enjoyed ourselves.

As a family we really like this hotel. It was the location that interested us initially but since then we have visited many time. We turned up this time to a little disappointment in that nearly all the staff we had previously built up lovely relationships had gone and had been replaced. However this disappointment was soon dispelled. All the replacement staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly. Business trip for myself and a colleague. Worked really well. Didn't realise the quality of the Diera City Centre Shopping Mall - excellent. Nice walk through there to the Metro Station of the same name. A very short taxi ride from the airport on arrival - which was nice. Early check in was most welcomed after a long night flight. Room was comfortable with a wonderful bed and comfy pillows. Small kitchen was adequately equipped with utensils and cooking stuff. Bathroom had a powerful shower and adequate to meet my needs. Roof top pool was superb with plenty of sun beds, a clean small pool and a small bar with a life guard on duty. Lovely hotel. Very clean and the staff was also very helpful and friendly. Good location and convenient as there is an entrance from the hotel directly into city center mall. There is also a tax free planet booth in the hotel which made it very easy and we completed the process there itself so no hassle at the airport. Definitely would go again.

Amazing stay at this property for a total of 14 nights. The location and hotel’s interconnected Mall access was very convenient for a family of five with kids between ages of 8 - 2.
