This hotel is more like a resort. The rooms are the biggest in size across all 5 star hotels & resorts I have stayed at. At this price, this place is the best. For the 1st time I stayed in a hotel room with a private heated swimming pool. Awesome experience....!!! The service is also very fast & excellent food. This room had the best & the most effective airconditioning I have ever seen having stayed across several 5star properties in India. Overall experience was excellent.

Overall, I would say that Taj was the best hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The atmosphere, the building and the service was simply impeccable. Most importantly, was the room service, led by Mr Nawab Singh, who was ever so accommodating, welcoming and simply a gentleman. Would love to visit again.

The room was spacious and everything was bright and clean. The safe was large enough for a 15" laptop and the bed was comfy. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, they moved us to a new room as our aircon wasn't working properly. We used the hotel driver for two days out and he was fantastic, making sure we saw the sights of Delhi and helped us build our itinerary as we went, as we only had a rough idea of places to go to. He also made sure we had no issues getting entry into the...

Excellent hotel. The. Service was first class. Everyone at the hotel takes great pride as employees, nothing is too much trouble. The room was perfect, great shower and the air conditioning worked well. The food was amazing, great choice and freshly made. I loved the rooftop pool,a real treat. This is a luxurious hotel which I can thoroughly recommend

Excellent place Helping staff Good cleaning and hygeine practise

The property has a top location and superb staff . The hotel rooms are very well appointed , and high class all the way . The club room lounge was absolutely outstanding and worth the cost . A special mention to the manager of the lounge , Amit sharma , and the staff for making me feel so welcome . A warm thank you !

There was a situation in my room on arrival. This was promptly dealt with. The management team were so apologetic & did everything to make amends. Their communication system within the team is a credit to Taj. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was to Taj standards and it was. Remarkable service all round & quick mention to Kushi on the front desk. (#apple 27/05)

stayed at this hotel for 5 nights in march.it is 5 star with great location and welcoming staff.very central location and near Nehru Metro station .nearby shops and in the mall food court. we were in executive room on the fifth floor which allowed us free breakfast, free wi fi in the room, free news paper and all day beverges and soft drink with sandwiches and cakes etc also from 18.30-20.30 free alchoholic drinks and hot nibbles.a great experiance

Hotel staff greeted us nicely , rooms nice & tidy, next to hockey stadium. Easy for transport & close to main attractions

The staff in this hotel care so much for the guests it's unreal. Having stayed in hotels the world over I can honestly say this is one of the top few and I would recommend staying here to family and friends, no questions asked. Our flight arrived slightly before the check-in time and we were accommodated, starting our stay. Housekeeping is second to none and the reception staff and room service are friendly and accommodative doing more than asked. We regularly visited Aangan the indian cuisine...

The staff was very helpful, proffesional and polite. The young ladies and men at breakfast were very accomodating and cheerful. The live music was very relaxing and entertaining. The breakfast however, lacked variety as fruit and Indian sweet dishes were very limited and repetative. The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.

V good

The Reception area is excellent. There are no facility to rome around or for children

I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday. They really provided exceptional service. The hotel has lovely ambiance, being turn of the century and the room was spacious and well equipped. They also provided free train passes for the...

Excellent facilities, very pleased with staff interaction.

Great hotel and so welcoming when you walk in. Only wish the gluten free offerings could be improved for breakfast. On a positive was great to have gluten free spaghetti for dinner one evening. Overall the stay was fantastic and very close to the airpor.

Lovely location, staff were very helpful and rooms were of a very good quality.

Bit far from anything but probably the best value hotel in Delhi. Food in three restaurants is excellent. Can get a little noisy as weddings are held in surrounding facilities. As a reward, you can see several Indian wedding ceremonies from the height of your room or walk along the road and see up to fife weddings simultaneously. Good chance you get invited. Very well maintained property with tempered pool and all facilities one could wish for.

We didn’t have very long in this hotel but we’re able to use the pool and one of the restaurant. Service was excellent, the property was impressive and the hotel was clean, the food was delicious.
