"Great stay. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Pool was fun - there is a waterslide and hot tub. Breakfast options were good and gym had everything I needed. Staff was also helpful and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Was disappointed of location of our room. Almost the farthest room from the elevator. We could not enjoy our balcony due to the construction outside. We were not told this may be an issue. We had come to this hotel for a few visits and were disappointed. I feel like we were punished for not booking directly with the hotel. One of our most favourite reasons for staying was the sauna, which was not working and the jacuzzi had no pressure in the jets. "

"This is a beautiful hotel, basically a castle in the Rockies. However, it is an extremely old property and that in itself limits the property. The rooms are okay, very standard for what you get in a 3/4 star hotel. The bathrooms on the other hand are what you get in a 2 star hotel. The bathrooms are very very dated and extremely small. Our bathtub was chipped, it's also very tiny. You can just get one person in the bathroom, that is it. The toilet was also very very stained.. And not pleasant to look at either, they were clearly old worn out marks. The bathroom is not great. The bed and pillows were comfy, an AC that works. I think people see the building and completely forget that this is just a 4 star hotel. It doesn't look it on the outside but inside the rooms it is evident this is not a 5star unfortunately. The rate you pay for the room in my opinion is absolutely not worth it. I love my luxurious hotels and have no problems with paying alot of money for nice hotels... However I would not say the amount I paid for this hotel was worth it unfortunately. If you want to spend time in this hotel, explore, dine and walk around.. But save your money in my opinion."

"Rooms were clean. Check-in was easy. I wish the spa stayed open later. Unfortunately it closed at 9 o’clock the day that I was there so I was not able to use it. The hot tub is extremely small and really oddly placed therefore, we did not use that. I wish the room also would’ve been cooler as I like to sleep in an extremely cool room. Otherwise, in that the state was fine."
