Communication was great with instructions on how to access the property which you will need as it isn’t straight forward. The pool is nice enough. The bad: the actual room we had wasn’t great in that it was kinda run down and needs some maintenance. The bathroom was not present at all but did have hot water. "Communication with the operator was ok. Didn’t wait long to check in and check out. Return of security deposit was fast. However I was disappointed as I was expecting a hotel standard serviced apartment but sadly it was not. There was no towel ( bath, hand towels and mat towels all absent) in our suite after we checked in. They did bring the towels within 20 minutes after I texted them.
