Huge clean room very comfy beds Front desk staff friendly and helpful Breakfast basic but good A/C in the room very noisy

The suite was extremely clean, bathroom was great, Evening meal was really nice, plenty of choices on the menu. Beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was really busy but there was plenty of choices and eggs cooked to order if you wanted. All staff that we encountered were very pleasant. Disappointed that my request was not forwarded to hotel by Hotels.com as per booking!

We stayed for the first time this week for 3 nights. It was so peaceful and relaxing and not too busy. The staff were all so helpful and welcoming, which made it even nicer. The pools were clean and relaxing. The beach access was literally out the door. A few hours after arrival I received a text asking if we needed anything else, so I asked for another towel and to unlock the safe. Someone came to the room within 10 mins to get it sorted! Not stayed in fort Lauderdale before but really impressed. Hotel was brilliantly situated, with helpful staff, brilliant bar and restaurant and rooms large/and comfortable. Definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for the adjacent Sawgrass Mills shopping centre, and also a convenient walk to Amerant Bank Arena. Reception staff very helpful, room a decent size with a very useful fridge (believe all rooms have a fridge). Nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants within a very short walk
