"On arrival, we were down to our original room which was for three people. However, we found the room to be unsatisfactory so we went back to reception, explained our concerns and the manager deal dealt with them brilliantly. No quibbles, no arguments, he really looked after us. And that’s all you can ask for really, isn’t it? We had a meal in the bar/restaurant and it was lovely. Definitely would stay again."

"Excellent helpful staff, great location, good breakfast, gym has 2 treadmills, bike and free weights. Sweat towels and water provided. Water station in reception. Quiet despite being near to motorway, plenty of parking - £10 per night fee. Near to shops, pubs, places to eat, cinema and bowling. Would recommend."

"New hotel, room very practical, new and clean (apart from one set if bedsheets, with dark hair that did not belong to us). No telephone to call reception in the room. Staff very polite and helpful. Was a bit surprised to have to pay extra for parking (nowhere on hotel details when I booked as far as I know). Good to have starbucks on site. On the whole, good experience but a bit expensive for a budget room, especially as we booked ages in advance"

"The evening meal available consisted of a vegetarian or meat three course meal presented as a buffet.I thought the quality and value for money was excellent.Staff in the restaurant were very helpful and attentive as were all other staff in the hotel. I enjoyed my stay whilst attending a conference nearby."
