"The hotel is well maintained. The personnel was friendly. Our room was spotless as were the common areas. The breakfast was nice. Replenishing and keeping hot the food was at times a bit below the level of excellent but all in all we enjoyed our breakfast and stay here. My only complaint was that I needed to have my room extended to 3pm due to extenuating circumstances, but was denied. They did extend to 1pm but that was of no help to me. "

"Nice front desk person. On my arrival I had a bag of chips, pretzels, few cookies and two bottles of water as a Welcome gift in my room. Next day a Graduation Bear was left in my room because I was there for graduation of my child. Property is not new but people are working hard to keep it nice. The surrounding area is not a fault of the property owner and it’s not pretty."

"The property is fairly new and in very good condition. Access to the highway was excellent, as was access to main roads in Cortland. Check-in and -out were easy, and the staff members I dealt with were quite pleasant. "I was able to park right outside my door, and it felt like a safe area. The staff/family who ran the motel were all very sweet. "The staff was amazing. They helped me with a couple of things that they didn't have to, and I was so thankful. The room is dated but it was clean. We stayed in the handicap room, and it had a shower seat and bars. That helped a lot. Even though we had a non-smoking room, the hall smelled like smoke, but our room didn't. If you don't need fancy and just need a place to sleep for a night or two, I would recommend Motel 6 of Cortland."
