The service was superb, the staff was very nice, cooperative, running short of words to praise them, the property was clean, everything thing in the stay was amazing

We had an extremely pleasant stay . What we would recall the most would be the beautiful sea and beach which our room faced , the really pleasant and super-friendly staff who would go all out to please you as a privileged guest . The level of service everywhere is very high . The facilities and bar and restaurants there are also very nice . There is a huge swimming pool very well laid out and excellent gardens in a 45 acre property with jogging and walking tracks .

the hotel is no different than what you see. staff are friendly and courteous at all times. wish they had more itemsin their menu. if u want a complete different experience of Goa with peace you need to.stay here . it is in south goa, so far away from party places like Baga n Calangute. but one of the best stay ever

Great hotel with what it effectively its own private beach. The staff were wonderful and so was the food. It really was amazing and we had a great time. It could be a bit quiet at night and there isn't much else around - although if you walk left along the beach there is a beach shack and another hotel both doing excellent food but at much cheaper rates (and the drinks are much cheaper too). Stunning hotel with warm, friendly staff.

Amazing property set right next to Arossim beach, where you can relax as well as try water sports, with not much crowd around. Buffet spread is huge, and you can try from local Goan, to Indian & Asian food in all meals. The resort also has multiple pools, game room, and lush green lawns leading to the beach. There are buggy services to take you to the beach as well, although they may not be available 24 x 7. The check-in experience was a bit underwhelming. We arrived early, and had to ask for...

We stayed in a king suite. Its one of the best rooms that we have ever stayed in. The difference from other suites we have seen is that it has two full sized bathrooms. It is very convenient if you have grown-up children. The wifi quality was very good.

Excellent stay

Stayed in this hotel a few times now. As per normal it is excellent. Near enough town if you want a little walk, beach short taxi away. Food in restaurant is amongst the best I have had in a hotel. You must have the Goan food.

Enjoyed the stay . Will go back to the same place. Nice and a very hospitable bar. Good pool bar. Very courteous and accomadating staff. Suggestion : book a room on the first floor sea facing. It has doors opening to the lawn and beach pathway. If out of budget, the garden view rooms on the first floor are the same and only a minute's walk to the beach path ( of course no beach view). Goa Marriott will be by first choice and I recommend it to all.

The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced.

An amazing place to stay We had issues with the lock of the room on the first day which was resolved however on the second day we had foul smell coming from the air conditioning. The manager Amar was fantastic and very helpful he upgraded us to a suite. Both standard and suite room are beautiful, the hotel has a lovely environment and staffs are very friendly and second to none in making sure all needs are meet from the minute you walk in until to check out. Santana Beach Resort Candolim cannot be faulted. Large rooms, best a/c ever. Room cleaned and bedding/towels changed daily. The staff at the hotel are excellent, nothing is too much trouble, they were excellent with my 5 year old. Breakfast was a joy, there was plenty to choose from. We ate in the restaurant a few times and everything we tried, we loved.
