"We went up for quick overnite for concert at Count Basie . It was just a 15 minute walk. We had a nice lunch at the bar restaurant and went back for drinks after show. Food was good. The only thing I wished that I had booked a room with water view. There was also room service delivery for morning breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I just loved that the rooms had a Keurig and k cups in room. I plan on going back again:)"

"Check in was GREAT, thanks Michael. He was very friendly, polite, and professional. Breakfast was HORRIBLE. Everything was egg based and not everyone eat eggs due to allergies, or taste. They have a pancake machine and pancakes are made extra thin. The pool and hot was GREAT as far as the water. The chlorine was a little overwhelming and they didn't allow us to open the door for some fresh air. The water was cold. They told me everyone was showering at the same time so wait awhile. Thats inconvenience especially if you have plans or reservations somewhere. I asked for extended checkout due to cold water. I was told its IGH memebers (which I am a memeber) and eligibility. They gave me 30 mins. Whats 30 mins? Also, It was dirty socks left in our room from the previous guest smh"
