"We have stayed at this hotel before and again great experience. We also had family from other states meeting to celebrate. The staff was amazing, able to hang out at the bar and even the lobby with a big group without any issues. Location is great, lots of things close by."

"Never going back here. Manager extremely rude last time I stayed. I stayed here before this incident and waited ten minutes for someone to arrive at front desk for check in. No breakfast. Limited parking. Entire place smells like cigarettes and musty. Hallways/stairway nasty looking/dirty. Very dirty. Sketchy people going in and out. Side door always left open so anyone can get inside the building. Latch was broken inside. Bed in room is hard as a rock. Room has fridge and microwave. No tub, stand in shower. Do not recommend. "

"So, 1st off the staff was extremely helpful and very nice. We got conjoined rooms and there was a bit of a mix up on what i order and i could not get the accommodation I ordered, nor could i get a refund for it (the room i wanted was pricier) because i ordered it from hotel.com, so the Sheraton gave me and my family (6 of us) free breakfast for our stay, which was more than the refund would have been. They didnt hesitate to make up for it. The hotel itself was fine, some people complained about it being outdated, but it really was not bad at all. The pool rool was a bit cold, so the little ones didn't use the pool much because it was too cold, but it was clean and maybe in the summer would have been better. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not filled (we called before our trip and we were told it was up and running), so that was a bummer. We also called to see if sesame place was in walking distance and we were told it was... so the catch is, it is very close, BUT you have to basically walk down a highway to get to it...and there are no side walks for most of the walk. We had 2 toddlers in strollers, so we weren't going to do that, so we had to pay 35 bucks to park at sesame place each day. Maybe if your kids were a little older, you could probably make it work. The breakfast at the Sheraton, university grille, was pretty good, not amazing, but good and convenient, plus they give you a good portion. All in all, I'd stay there again, especially for the price!"

"The staff here was very helpful and very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable as well there prices are average and there is a laundry room as well. They have a mini gym and a outdoor pool. There is plenty of parking spots available. "
