Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Taj Wellington Mews Luxury Residences is a great choice for travellers looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay with the space and privacy of a residence. Top class service at a world class hotel, there is nothing to dislike about this fabulous hotel. Thank you to all the staff at the Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai for making this trip so memorable.

Best place to stay in Mumbai

Excellent hotel. Room clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Fabulous breakfast. Nice bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Hotel in good position for sight seeing and walking along Marine Drive. Would throughly recommend.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The location is excellent and convenient for local sightseeing and shopping. The check in/out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. It was my wife's birthday and the team helped to make our stay in Mumbai memorable. They upgraded our room, decorared it and even provided a cake! To top it off they through in breakfast for our whole stay without charge! The room was cleaned and towels changed regularly. The air...

We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim. We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby.

Great hotel and well trained staff.

Nice little hotel in am ideal location for those willing to explore Colaba and SoBo. Rooms are well done and staff is courteous

Excellent stay, decent staff, all amenities available and a very good service. The place had a very cool aesthetic vibe. Good option if you are looking for dormitory in Mumbai.

Hotel Ozone Inn turned out to be a fantastic stay — comfortable, clean, and incredibly convenient for getting around Mumbai. It’s one of those places that delivers great value without compromising on comfort. The rooms are well kept, tidy, and surprisingly spacious for the area. The bed was comfortable, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh and properly maintained. It’s exactly what you want after a long day navigating the city. The staff were excellent — friendly,...

Fantastic location. Great customer care from the bellboy to front desk to room service to the managers to the bar. There is a very clear ethos in this hotel and this kind of attention and care is what hospitality is all about. The room was perfect and an ode to old Bombay. I cannot recommend this little gem enough.

Fantastic service from the people at reception. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

it was clean, comfortable , welcoming, the staff was helpful and the location wonderful. My only complaint is around their policy to not allow people in the rooms who are not registered and no local India people . I was in Mumbai to visit a dear friend and when we in my are and wanted to sit and talk and use the loo I was not allowed to invite him to my room . This was embarrassing and not handled that gracefully by the front desk. And it is quiet an expensive hotel and I feel I should be...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sea Palace Hotel in Colaba, Mumbai, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I stepped foot into this vintage hotel, I felt like I had traveled back in time to old Bombay. The hotel's location is simply superb, overlooking the Arabian Sea and just a stone's throw away from the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel. The check-in process was swift and hassle-free, contrary to some reviews I had read. The staff at Sea Palace Hotel were...
