This Hotel, with it’s amazing Staff, went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble, organising Taxis and storing our luggage. The pool was amazing with views of South Beach

It was my first time in Miami, and what a gem of a hotel I found, the second you walked through the door. You could tell this place was class , we were welcomed in by the doorman , and took us to reception where we were greeted with a glass of wine, the staff were amazing when I asked if I could have some towels for the beach , they said if we go to the beach, look for the blue and white beach umbrellas, you’ll be giving 2 sunbeds and towels, having spent the afternoon on the beach we went out...

Loved my stay at this Hilton! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the online check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The hotel is also in a great downtown location with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and other amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and helpful staff

Great suite and excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Two bed suite accommodated 5 adults and 2 children well.

We had a brilliant stay, the staff on arrival were super helpful and the room was just what we needed. It was located easily for a quick stop at Whole Foods for a takeaway dinner and a coffee in the morning and the transport to the cruise port was seamless. The bar was lovely with a relaxed vibe for a drink in the evening as the sun was setting.

The second Aloft hotel that I’ve stayed at in the past month and I’m really happy again. Clean, well-maintained, good location - excellent value for money considering much better pricing than other similar hotels both here and at the other I stayed in in Tampa.

Amazing place and was an amazing price. Seconds from where you need to be. Would certainly stay again

Excellent hotel and staff

Wonderful little hotel across the beach with an Italian accent. Recently renovated.

The bathroom shower is a bit dirty. There was a curly hairs around the shower floor. Otherwise all good. More milk and cream inside the room.
