Elevator floor buttons confusing: button "4" is floor four, that I can figure; but what is button "4R" next to it? Dispenser pumps in shower disappointing, typical "progress." Small stuff but add up to lessen stay quality. "

"The hotel is always near and clean for our stays. A few things were a bit off the usual experiences. A desk employee on the 12th was a bit unprofessional when we inquired if our room was ready. The person who checked us in when our room was ready was great. The pool was cold on the second day due to new water added. Tried to get breakfast to go this morning from the Iron no one ever came to take our order despite a gentleman telling us someone would be over. Overall our experiences have been very good here but not quite hitting the mark on this trip. "
