"We were unpacking our clothes and my wife stepped on a big piece of glass and cut her foot pretty good. We reported it and the front desk agent basically didn’t care. The glass came from a broken shelf. If the rooms were cleaned properly there shouldn’t be any glass on the floor. The towels had a lot of stains on them. There aren’t any drawers for your clothes or counter space in the bathroom. When there is an incident I feel like they should have been more accommodating and cared a little more then they did."

"Housekeeping staff could not come back at a later time that day to clean the room, that was disappointing. The internet was soooo sllloooowww. The lady with the colorful eyeglasses helping out with the breakfast food was very nice and pleasant (sorry I didn’t get her name). The front desk personnel were also friendly."
