"I arrived at the hotel at 6pm and checked in. The front desk employee was less than helpful. I inquired about the WiFi, as I had a work call and she was very vague about a guest wifi that sometimes worked. I booked a king suite with water view. She gave me wrong directions to my room. I figured it out finally; the room was lit by lamps only and only 1 worked. For the price I paid, the balcony was uneven with broken furniture, the non working lighting and the unfriendly and unhelpful staff made me never want to return."

"King sized bed was comfortable. Chair in the room was missing. Elevator still not completely working. Avoid floor 3 if you dont want to use stairs."

"Room was very clean we stayed in the one bedroom gym was great had nice ice cold towels after you were done working out pool was clean and warm hotel is in a great location with two restaurants right in front Chili's and LongHorn steakhouse but definitely recommend"

"There was an event and guests were inconsiderate early hours of the morning whilst heading back to their rooms after the banquet"

"Room smelled like cigarettes, lobby door was locked at 8:30 pm and attendant was not friendly. Bed mattress was really hard. Room was definitely dated. Place was noisy with guests who were up late. Toilet was very low to ground. Sheets and towels were clean and had mounted toiletries. Water was hot. Had coffee maker, microwave and fridge."
