People wants to come in the room while do not disturb sign outside, and maintenance keep knocking the door. I asked for quite room, and got room facing highways…needs an attention on details and customers more."

"Was told there was a pool and after walking around for 15mins looking for it, we were told there was no pool. Very loud banging noises above our room all night and the second night banging noises on the room side as well. Didn’t get a good night sleep and would choice another hotel next time. "
