"Property is going through renovation maintenance, be mindful of that. We did get an email from the property a day before arrival. But would have likely affect our decision to stay there if we know in advance. TV was not working, an engineer was sent over, but could not fix the issue. Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room. "Great location for events at PPG Paints Arena. Couple minute walk and you're in the lobby. We stayed just one night for a concert. The restaurant, bar and Starbucks located within the hotel are a nice touch. The beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was quite small for a suite, though. Only thing that could have been better. "
