Exactly what you expect for these hotels. Room was clean, the bed was hard, and breakfast was edible. Getting parking to check in was tricky and the parking fee was high but not unexpected. Good place to stay.

We arrived late at night and had some trouble locating where to park, but after a night's rest we enjoyed an excellent breakfast and really noticed the upgrades in the room...from bathroom finishes to room furniture for storage and for setting bags to access easily. Room was very clean and air-conditioned. We were in town for the Picklesburg Food Festival, and it was nice having this hotel within walking distance of the bridges dedicated to vendors and to Downtown festivities.
