"Stayed in executive room, heating stuck on tropical 27 degrees. Asked staff to sort it or move room, they allegedly sorted it whilst we used the lounge. Room was cooler on return but then back to 27 degrees by midnight until check out, hardly any sleep before a long haul flight!! Staff a reception’s attitude was poor all they advised was to email complaint! Still awaiting a response!!!"

"It6 was the best hotel stay I have ever had at the airport or in Manchester. I always stay the night before my flight the next morning . I will look at rebooking again when I have a next morning flight. A GREAT room and the staff were of great help when required."
