"The design was good. But the maintenance is not what we expected. Tissue box was empty. The conditioner is very watery. Staff are not very nice to us. The corridor did not smell good. "

"The room was fine. Very comfy bed and bedding. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. There were some cobwebs on the ceiling and a few long black strands of hair (not ours) on the bathroom floor. "

"Pretty much spot on. Staff were great, food was a touch expensive, but I accept that as it’s a hotel. Was pretty good though. Now, only let down was the temperature of the room, BUT I knew there was no air con. It is made really clear on the website. Would recommend. "
