"The staff worked very hard in every way. The hotel itself, probably due to age, needs attention re decor and sash windows which are draughty. I felt there were building restrictions making things difficult for updating. Dinner choices were excellent. "

Unfortunately the staff erred when checking me in and I was awoken at 12:30am by a couple walking into my room having been given the same room. To make matters worse, the reception staff then woke me again an hour later to try and apologise."

"The main benefit is that its so close to the airport. After checking out its less than 5minutes to Terminal 2 No last minute panic over delays in getting to the airport on time."
